Modify Revit Drawings. Add new toilets in existing Revit drawings

My client wants to do a renovation of their factory by building a new toilets area. This toilets will include a toilet for people with disabilities and an ambulant toilet.
They need to show to the building surveyor how the DDA and ambulant toilet can be accessed by the public and how they are connected with the offices.
The ambulant and the disabled toilet must include internal elevations and to be fully dimensioned. For the rest of the toilet block, no internal elevations are required.
A freelancer who is familiar with BCA and AS1428 will be preferred.
The work must be done in Revit only, no AutoCAD, no Archicad. Revit 2016 is preferable but not compulsory.
I don't mind stretching the budget if someone has the skills to do it and believes is going to cost more. But please keep in mind that the drawings must be 100% correct. Every time the client submit the drawings to the council for approval they are paying a submission fee. If they come back to me and say that the drawings have not been approved and they have to pay for another submission I cannot pay you because I have to pay them out my pocket for a submission fee.
There will be a one-off payment which will happen after the submission and the approval of the drawings. By accepting the project it means you agree to the terms of no payment will take place if the toilet design does not comply with the Building Code and Accessibility Standards.
I will provide you with the Revit file that has the drawings of the existing office
The Revit file has a DWG imported
The freelancer must model the new toilet rooms
The freelancer must produce a floor plan showing how the toilets are linked with the existing offices.
The freelancer must produce a detailed floor plan showing the newly proposed toilets
The freelancer must produce internal elevations of the Ambulant and Accessible (DDA) toilet.
The freelancer must commence work immediately. Do not bid if you are busy with other work.
The freelancer must report daily progress
I can provide pages of AS1428 or BCA if required.
