We would like an application building that would serve as a multi-line automated telephone answering system.
It will:
* answer incoming calls
* ask the caller questions
* interpret the caller's voice to text
* make a look up in a database
* play a sound file to the caller
* play a text to speech generated audio to caller
* hang up call
I do not mind what server technology is used or what equipment is required so long as it can use Voip lines over a TCP/IP connection to receive the incoming calls.
It should be capable of handling between 5 and 10 calls simultaneously.
