ANT USB2 driver for Archer Field PC running Windows Mobile 6.1

I have a Windows Mobile 6.1 device and a ANT USB2. When I connect the USB device using a USB dongle to the Windows Mobile 6.1 device the USB is not recognized. I need to develop a driver for the Windows device and I do not have any experience with it.

Can someone help me build the driver and I can pay for it.
