I need you to write a command-line app in c-sharp, for Windows OS called “ItemCodeExtractor” and its executable will be called “[login to view URL]”

• The purpose of this app is to run, and read a PDF file (which may contain many pages), and from the PDF file extract and save (one or more) BMP files.

• Each PDF page will be 90% white, however on its top left corner it will have a retail price label, which typically will have the items name, price, barcode, and item_code number.

• [login to view URL] will need to extract the item_code number via OCR, so that it can save the BMP file in the following file name format.

file name output format example “1- item_code number-QTY(number-of-times-the- item_code number was counted on multiple PDF pages).bmp”

• The app can be ran from the command line. Example “itemcodeextractor c:\temp\[login to view URL]”

The PDF can be one or more pages.

Each PDF page will have 1 label on it.

• The app will live in c:\sn\[login to view URL]

• The app must have a [login to view URL] file.

o In the INI file we will define a variable called “label-extract “ and record in it the X & Y coordinates to define where the price label bottom left corner is, and where the label top right corner is, so that the extracted BMP can be based on these values.

o In the INI file we will define a variable called “ItemCode-extract“ and record in it the X & Y coordinates to define where the item_code number exists within the label. We will define its bottom left corner is, and its top right corner is.

o This way ItemCodeExtractor will know where to crop out the label from the PDF.

o For example we will define

label-extract,2,750,159,839

ItemCode-extract,50,768,100,778
