I am setting up a proof of concept lab for white-hat pen testing for a college capstone. I need a programmer who would be able to program a crypter, which is based on C++ , Delphi ,C codes to be able to crypt an exe file to exe without changing the program it self , the Crypter has to be fully undetectable.

Extra features that would be nice are:AES and RC4 Encryption System, 256-Bit Password, an internal sub, Runtime/Scantime, no dependencies, 32/64 bit.
