Poplate excel spreadsheet and name/organize pdf files

This project is tedious but not difficult to do. We have two zipped files (one named soluble pds, and the other named membrane pdfs.) Each set contains 200-300 files. There are also two spreadsheets: One called membrane and one called soluble. Each of those spreadsheets has a column titled Peptide Sequence (the pdf files are currently named by their peptide sequence). Project objective: Please organize the pdfs in alphabetical order by protein name (the name is in the spreadsheet and can be found by matching the peptide sequence). Then concatanate the pdf files into a single file (one single file for membrane and one for soluble). On each page, place the name of the protein (you will need a full version of Acrobat to write on the file). In addition, please add page numbers to each set. The page number should then be placed in the spreadsheet next to the proper protein. If they are properly ordered alphabetically, the numbers should also appear in order.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
