Advanced SPSS Survey Data Analysis

I have completed a quantitative data collection for the research about the mental health literacy of Chinese residents.

I have completed my descriptive statistics. I need to do is the internal consistency of the 20-questions MHKQ assessed using alpha values.

Exploratory principal component factor analysis with varimax rotation with Kaiser normalization of the 20items in the MHKQ, and separately with three main themes as 3-factor model (provided later).

I need further help for the presentation of the confirmatory factor analysis of the 3 -factor model identified in the exploratory factor analysis.

ANOVA with post-hoc tests (Bonferroni) were used to compare the mental health literacy score and the overall identification scores of respondents by gender, age group, level of education, origin of birth, and the length of the residence in the UK. I have those statistics but not write up the presentation.
