I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a PIC program and circuit board design project. Here are the details:
PIC Program:
- I need a microcontroller PIC program for my project.
- The program should be able to control various functions and components.
Circuit Board:
- The circuit board should support the PIC program and a few other components required for the project.
- The intended function of the circuit board is to control a device.
Quantity:
- I will need multiple circuit boards for my project.
- I will most likely use the provided gerber files to have 5-10 circuit boards made in China.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing PIC programs and circuit boards.
- Proficiency in microcontroller programming and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of IoT would be a plus.

Details
1-I want the smallest Microcontroller possible and most compact design because size/room availability is a premium.
2-The device will have 10 square 5mm LEDs mounted on a separate pc board in a vertical line side by side connected to the board made here by ribbon cable. The effect I want is the top led lights and moves down to the bottom staying lighted. Then the top lights again and moves down to the second from the bottom. This effect continues until the vertical stack is all lighted as if “full” and then all 10 LEDs shut off and the fill effect begins again. I want a speed control that will mount externally for user access to adjust the rate the led line fills.
3-I want 3 single LEDs that work together to simulate a breathing/pulsing effect. A light range of dim to full bright. The 3 LEDs will mount off board so just need solder pads
4-I want one led that comes on full bright as long as the device is on
5- Power On/Off switch, all effects on/off.
6- Operates with standard 9vdc battery.
7- Compact design single pc board
8-Will program Pic myself so require program ready to download into a Pic
9-Will need gerber files to send out for pc board manufacture
10-I want to program a Pic and breadboard the design for testing. Adjustments can the be requested and the project closed out with payment made.
