VBA to generate word document from excel

Simple VBA code linked to a button that will generate a word document from excel....
Word template will have some prepopulated text which is predefined.... there will be some text written inputs which will show up a certain places within the text.
The excel spreadsheet is step by step process where each tab represents a process. This spreadsheet has already been created it's just a matter of capturing the various data sets and putting them in the word document. One of the steps in the spreadsheet generates specific tables depending on certain variables. These tables will need to integrated into the word document at specific places.
I must be able to access the VBA code and amend standard text. The number of characters will not vary from example provided.
