We need a similar app like this, artwork will be provided by us to you but you will need to code:

1. the flash app

2. the composer engine with text to speech conversion (do we need to license a 3rd party license?)

3. the singing player which can be called by parameters, note if you type free text, it will somehow adjust the tone / pitch to match the notes / instruments.

4. fwd to friend via facebook / twitter etc like the yahoo app.

5. You will need to provide royalty instrument audio files also.
