We are a family run childcare setting that is growing and just recently started employing staff. We have staff contracts in place but now need to work on more of the HR side of things. To find someone with HR knowledge and also knowledge of how childcare settings run would be great.

The first thing we would like to work on is a staff handbook for a childcare setting.

We only had a very basic one before as we were a very small setting, now we are getting bigger and have more staff there are more things we need to cover.

We need the basic info like holidays, dress code, sickness and we also need to cover lots of new things that haven't been an issue before. staff with children requiring childcare.
