I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to myself and my team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, writing and managing online projects. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype & WhatsApp,
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market research
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Professional Support:
- Handle financial tasks in payroll and accounting
- Make business purchases and deal with vendors and find vendors
Handle Sales & Marketing Support:
- Drive traffic to online storefronts
- Create promotional campaigns and events executing and monitoring ad campaigns and other promotional campaigns
- Find and engage potential customers
- Post projects and online adverts
- Monitor the work of the marketing team
- Manage blogs and social media accounts
- Create presentations and sales materials
- Collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers
- Share industry-related advice and guidance on social media or get someone to do it.
- creating and scheduling daily posts
- researching and curating content
-identifying and engaging on a daily basis with social media users and other industry-related influencers online
- collaborating on strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
-High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
