I am looking for an Arabic-speaking assistant who can take on three main areas of responsibility: customer service, basic nutrition tasks, and Quickbooks.

نظرة عامة على الدور:
• مساعدة في المهام المتعلقة بالتغذية، بما في ذلك تخطيط الوجبات والإرشاد الغذائي ودعم برامج التغذية.
• تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة للعملاء، ومعالجة الاستفسارات، وضمان الرضا.
• التعامل مع مهام الدفاتر المحاسبية باستخدام QuickBooks، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة.

- **Customer Service**: Your customer service tasks will primarily revolve around handling emails and resolving customer complaints. Being able to communicate effectively in Arabic is crucial.
- **Basic Nutrition Tasks**: In this role, you will handle various basic nutrition tasks. This will include creating meal plans, providing nutritional advice, and tracking dietary requirements. It's important that you have a good understanding of nutrition principles and are able to interact with clients in a clear and supportive manner.
- **Quickbooks**: You should be able to assist with basic Quickbooks tasks. This includes handling invoices, expenses, and helping to maintain accurate financial records.
Ideally, you have a background in nutrition, customer service, and a basic understanding of financial management. Fluency in Arabic is a must, as all communication will be in Arabic. Experience with Quickbooks would be a bonus. This is a long term position for the right candidate.
Role Overview:
• Assist in nutrition-related tasks, including meal planning, dietary guidance, and nutrition program support.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in nutrition, customer service, and bookkeeping with QuickBooks proficiency.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently.
