Angular6, Express, Webpack starter project

I want Angular6 starter project that uses webpack and express server. This will be boilerplate project which anyone can clone and use it for their Angular projects.

Features:

1. Angular 6 as Frontend framework.

2. Webpack as module bundler.

3. Express server to serve project files.

4. Redux for state management in the UI.

5. Pug plugin support for writing HTML code.

6. At least one working page(route).

7. Should be production and AOT build ready.

8. An on point documentation of using the project including commands to build and run the project right from npm-install to AOT build and deployment.

9. Any other notes you want to include to use this project as a pre-requisite.
