So I have a project. It’s takes 15 people in one circle to bless out the individual in the water. The outside orange area is called fires. The blue inside is called Air. The black inside is called earth and the middle part is called water. As the person in the middle come out the water position, the two earths then move up in to the water position. That happens when the original person that was in the water receive a payout then they come out and the circle splits. The circle keeps splitting for every person in the water position that gets paid. So if all 15 people come out by inviting their two people, I wanted to know what would be the number needed to rotate a group of 200 people where everyone can be in the middle.
