iOS App with sms commands

I need an app that sends SMS messages to a pre loaded number and depending on the returned sms it must update a graphical dashboard.

For example:

1.- Pre loaded name: Pivot

2.- Pre loadad number of Pivot: XXXXXXX

3.- Dash board options:

3.0.- On status and red or green status light

3.1.- Start button

3.2.- Stop button

3.3.- Aligned: red or green status light

3.4.- Pressure: red or green status light

3.5.- Electricity: red or green status light

3.0.1.- A sms message containing "1234 status" is sent and a reply with some text has a code that says C1:pivot:on or off. That reply should update the red or green status light.

3.1.1.- Start button sends an sms that says: 1234 pivot:on

3.1.2.- The reply from the receiver has some text and somewhere it says C1:Pivot:on (that on after : should update the status light to green).

3.2.1.- Stop button sends an sms that says: 1234 pivot:off

3.2.2.- The reply from the receiver has some text and somewhere it says C1:Pivot:off (that off after : should update the ON status light to red).

3.3.- To check if the pivot is aligned an sms text saying 1234 info is sent. It replies with several texts and somewhere it says Z3:ALARM or Z3:OK (the alarm implies the pivot is aligned and the status light turn green, if it says ok it should turn it red).

3.4.- With the same sms received when checking for alignment on 3.3 it should update the pressure status light to green or red.

3.5.- With the same sms received when checking for alignment on 3.3 it should update the electricity status light to green or red.

I should be able to see the list of preloaded names in the first menu and after clicking on each I should se the updated info after the sms where automatically sent and received with the status codes.
