Simple update to Unity App (mysql experience needed)

I have a very simple trivia game built in Unity 3D.
The trivia game gets questions and answers from our mysql server.
The game sends a "y" to the server when a user answers a question correctly.
The issue is we also need the game to send an "n" to the server when the user answers a question incorrectly.
This project is simply to update the project to send an "n" to the database when the user answers incorrectly.
It should take 10 minutes for someone who has experience with Unity and mysql.

UpdatePlayerRecords
