Call Me Button for Webpage (Sip VOIP) in Asp.NET C#

I need a simple dial button for an asp.net webpage (something like Doddle Phone), so that visitors can call my phone by clicking on the button.

Only one Call Button and one Hangup Button on the page, nothing more. Only simple HTML (no Java please).

Only one Sip Provider and only one Phone Number to be dialed (must be hardcoded in the C# code).

It should support the following Codecs:

G711 aLaw (PCMA)

G711 uLaw (PCMU)

G729

GSM

Must have good voice quality, (echo cancellation, reduce background noise, automatic gain control).
