website webcam service (live broadcasting + capturing)

I have a website where needs to be a live broadcasting service for my visitors. Some kind of [url removed, login to view] but not two-sides video stream. So, I have to buy one ActiveX (or something like that) component for using on my website. That need to be works with ASP, ASP.NET, and etc web-programming languages and resulting video need to be shown using flash OR/AND silverlight (option chooses by visitor). And the second thing that I need that component can do is capturing image directlry from my website visitor's web-cam and save it to my server hard drive (i want to give em ability to make their avatar by their-self AND need can do it by myself automatically for save images of some broadcasting - for example, some of viewers of broadcasting will click button "spam" and that component needs to make a capture of selected broadcasting and save to defined place on server hard drive disk.

* Live broadcasting - the ability to stream live video directly from the user's computer and/or web-cam over the internet to other people using website.

* Webcam capture - the ability to capture video footage directly from the user's web-cam and saving to defined place on webserver hdd.

By the way, you can suggest me any flash player you like to use your component to broadcast. That doesn't realy meter for me. I now many of them for free. So, that's it.

** That project (this lot) is just for them who already have some source code of such component I looking for and can sell me that with a minor changes may be. I don't want someone to make a code from nothing and waste your time for me.

*** my website NOT adult content. that's just a website of a friends with chat and forum. we d like to add broadcasting on to make it more usefull.

If you can make two-side broadcasting (option for configuration) as on [url removed, login to view] - that will be even better and I ready to pay little bit more.

I don't want each video broadcasting on my website will be saving to hdd.. I just have no so much free space to store it every time. I need some solution that will be send directly from broadcaster IP to all website's visitor IP addresses and show it using flash or silverlite (option for user).
