Objective C expert for pdf editor on app

I need you to creat it as easy as drag and drop the files from the new project to my old project and just I add a button in the main menu to open your pdf editor this my idea and I did it before with other apps
I want the following :
1- Pdf editor - very easy to integrate in other apps
2- build using objective c it will be best
3- must support iOS 10 and up
4- it must include: delete text, adding test, font change , select to copy, fill forum , add signature , highlight text, crop the pdf page, add pdf new page , import pdf to current pdf as pages, save to app, export to pdf and other format like jpg , and other features
5- the app must be very simple, fast , easy to work with, no issue must be found
6- this project must be done fast within very few weeks
7- we must agree on the cost at start of the project
8- if you applied to the project and you did not finish the project or the app is not as wanted you will not paid and you will return all the payments also you will pay for doing a delay for the project
9- all app rights is mine, you can't sell the app or any part of it, or do any thing with app, you will pay for the issues you will cause if you did any thing illegal
10- please if you can do it apply, and put a real bid when you apply
11- put the following code : pdf2022 when you send your proposal so I can knew you have red the project requirement
12- please include links to your apps you previously made
13- the app must be complete made by you, if you want to use any external resource you must take my permission
