skinnable asp.net webpage

What i need is a working example on which i can build on myself.

I would like the following:

asp.net ( vb.net code behind )

A [url removed, login to view] site

In this page there is a user control(skincontrol) that parses a named html file

[url removed, login to view]

this tells the user control to look for the directory

skin1/[url removed, login to view]

skin2/[url removed, login to view]

so the [url removed, login to view] has the same layout/images/css as the html when you view it in browser.

this is the first part but there is a bit more

in the html there are 3 predefined panels TD left, TD middle and TD right

which serve the following purpose

this tells the skin control that it should load the user control menu in the left TD, the content in middle and the bannercontrol in right.

I need one custom control that also uses the skinning.

considder the orangelike blocks as a panel.

the user control has to render this panel also based on the skin, so the orange block is skinname1 , but if i tel skin is blue it renders blue page and blue panel.

We have created solutions like this before but at the moment we are realy busy. This can become an ongoing project of which more addon projects can follow.
