Wallpaper App needed - Webservices Backend

I need a Wallpaper App that emulates this Apps UI and Functionality. I'm lookig for someone who has an existing Wallpaper App built to speed up the Development time.

I'll provide 100 images in all 4 resolutions (iphone 4, iphone 5, ipad and ipad retina) that need to be added to the App for testing.
You'll need to add the following to the App.
Flurry SDK both Analytics and Ad Circle
Revmob SDK
Show Ad every 3 Swipes or Clicks on Thumbnails alternating between Flurry Ads and Revmob.
In App Purchase to remove ads.
Restore Purchase
You'll display the Wallpapers appropriate for the device, must support all 4 resolutions (ipad, ipad retina, iphone 4 and 5)
Save wallpaper to Photos on device.
Server Backend to manage Wallpaper Categories and Images.
All automated bids will be ignored, developers with previous Wallpaper App experience should show us their demo.
** Milestone Release Process **
There will be two milestones, the first will be released after a working bug free IPA has been delivered and tested.
The Second and Final Milestone will be released after the App has been Submitted to iTunes Connect and Source Code delivered.
