Enfora device comm server for OpenGTS

I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable with OpenGTS, or Enfora GPS devices, who can write or has written a device communication server compatible with OpenGTS so that:

1. Tracking data is dumped into the MySQL database as with the example templates

2. The Enfora hardware's inputs can be monitored from OpenGTS (probably included with 1)

3. The Enfora hardware's outputs can be controlled from OpenGTS, or provide a medium to do so.

4. Use as little data as possible, as everybody has a budget and m2m commerce is just plain greedy.
