Windows based cyber cafe management

my project is about developing a windows based cyber cafe management application software using Visual basic and Windows based means that it can run on any computer without the existence of visual basic. The project has a full documentation need to be completed such as abstraction, objectives, customer requirements, diagrams and so on actually I submitted the first part of the assignment and the lecturer told me I have many mistakes in the objectives scope on of the diagrams and something in the customer requirements. I'll attach the project format and guideline, I will also send you my work to see please take a good care of the palgarism, plus we've picked one model which is spiral model and it has 5 phases as same as other models which are Communication,planning,modeling,construction and deployment, we wrote a descreption of these stuff but the lecturer said you must indicate what will you do in each phase also our task disturbution is wrong the critical path also other stuff so please correct the wrong things and add the required stuff that is mention in the project guidence and format with doing the most important thing which is the application software and it must be windows based.

I don't want the documentation part only the code and the psedocode
