Process results of webform from my website and create a PDF

## Deliverables

I run a non-profit website that is built using Website Baker.

The main purpose of the website is to forward the requests of visitors (help requests) to different people (20 currently), using a simple web form.

The web form receives basic information from visitors like: Name, address, telephone etc...

The data is then sent directly to my email address.

I need an application - written in VB6 - that will receive the mail for that specific mailbox, create a PDF file from each email message using the data inside it and then place the file in the designated folder.

Each person from the 20 possible will have his own folder, so each of these folders will contain the PDF files that were addressed to that specific person by email.

(This PDF file will be then manually sent by me to it's designated destination.)

The email account is hosted on Gmail.

It currently has more than 300 emails that need to be processed and around 10 new emails arrive every day.

The application must give me the option to delete or leave on the server the messages that were processed already.

Of course that if i choose to leave the messages on the server, the next time the application checks for new emails, it will know which are new and which were left there previously.

The application must detect regular emails that are also sent to this email box and are not sent using a webform from the website. In this case it should simply ignore them.

From the 20 persons that you can contact using this webform, 10 are Hebrew written and 10 are English written requests.

(Hebrew = windows-1255)

The 10 Hebrew written ones should be processed as mentioned above.

The 10 English written ones should, when the "Process" button pressed, open a dialog box for me to manually translate each field to Hebrew (name, address, request, etc..) and only after finishing and pressing OK it will continue and create the PDF in Hebrew according to my typed translation.

Most (90%) of the requests are directed to the 10 Hebrew ones.

The application must of course have the option to add additional persons in the future (Hebrew or English written).

Please notice that we are talking about a HEBREW content PDF creation, which in my experience is not that simple. I've tried to use a few "PDF virtual printers" in the past to create hebrew content PDF's and i remember this wasn't an easy task.

As mentioned, the application should be written in VB6 (WinXP).

I should receive the final EXE and COMPLETE source code.

Will pay 20% in advance, another 30% when first beta EXE is sent to me and the final 50% at job completion.

Project should be finished within 21 days or less.

Will have constant communication with coder to answer any questions that arise.

Any questions will be gladly answered as i know that the description above might seem a bit blurry.
