Build addon modules to an online training portal

Angularjs 1 expert !!!

I have a website that has multi level account_id and user_id login system. I need to add a learning management system to it where account_id's can set up training material for their user_id's. This will include questions and answers, Video, PP and Images training material. I need reports, a messaging systems, system logs and reminders. The site is built on AnjularJS and this is a requirement. I am not a business and this is a private job. Due to the budget, this will be a filler job to do in your spare time and not a full time role. As such I will work with you on timeframes but I will not effect timeframes that a business would require. I anticipate it would take 1 months of work (in your spare time)and a week of testing/tweaking.

I will not engage companies, just independent freelancers looking for a filler job in their spare time. If successful I will have other briefs and upgrades in the years to come.

An NDA will be required prior to getting access to the site and seeing the full brief.
