We are a dealership looking to stream line our business, on to the cloud
we buy & sell cars.
We need to capture customers details if we are buying or selling a car.
If we are buying we need to have buying prices including expenses checklist, example check tyre depth check for scratches, what is history service of car.
if we are selling we need to put price we have sold for.
you will need to have a understanding of second hand vat margin scheme.
we should be able to create invoices email them to customers.
We should be able to read data and find out key points
what has the car cost us net then breakdown of expenses seperately.
Any part ex car we take in
what has car sold for
how long was it in stock
what is net profit after tax
reports on what net profits we made each month.
calender with reminders for dates of mot expiry dates and if we have appointments
when making appointments with customers a calender send text with address and date time etc.
you must have Existing experience in producing something similar and have a good understandig of uk margin vat scheme tax how it works
