Develop an Altcoin based on Dash

1. Create PVP altcoin based off of the Dash code base, most recent version. Use the google docs link for coin spec sheet. If its not listed in the spec sheet use the same setting as Dash. seednode setup, premine. Ensure Chris understands all the changes made and can see the changes. Code uploaded to the git repo and verified. Include instructions on building and configuration

2. Wallet for PVP altcoin development, code uploaded to the git repo and verified, include instructions for building and configuration.

3. Block explorer for PVP altcoin include instructions for building and configuration. Code uploaded to github and verified

4. Create an Android Wallet for the PVP altcoin written in native android.
