Woocommerce: minimum price for a category

We need to set a minimum price required to order from a certain category. So, if clients want to order one or more product from that specific category they need to reach the minimum required – only with product from that category. At the same time, they must be able to shop from the other categories without restrictions.
Other details after talking with the designed freelancer:
We'll be able to manage different minimum prices for every category by ourself in an easy way. We'll be able to set a minimum price to subcategories too and subcategories only. If the client doesn't reach the minimum price a message on the cart page will inform him how much money he needs to add to be able to shop those products. The message must be customizable and good looking. If the client has in his cart both products from a limited category and from a not limited category the message will say that, in order to proceed to checkout, he can add products from the limited category or remove them from his cart, continuing the checkout with the products from the non-limited category.
