I am looking to create a anonymous New Cryptocurrency

I am looking for a Programer to create an anonymous New Cryptocurrency, need a secure fast and useful blockchain.

I will like to create the project on basis of full anonymity and fast transactions - main idea is decentralization and anonymity..

in essence i would like it to be a faster and cheaper version of Verge(XVG).

with 20 seconds block time.

based off GPU miners

and ASIC resistant.

i want to make something that is stable, secret, and you will be able to store the money without knowing it was you. That is, a limited currency to be used so that people from countries with dictators can buy the coins and can store them so that they do not lose their hard-earned money.
