Professional help for manuscript proofread and journal submission

Hi,

I have written an article with the title "The Effect of Gender on the Relationship between Critical Thinking and Pattern Recognition Students’ Perspectives".

I am looking for a professional to help me with the following manuscript services:

1. proofread and edit my manuscript

2. Identify the best 3 international journals for submission.

3. prepare my manuscript according to the journal format requirement.

4. submit the manuscript for me to the target journal.

The manuscript had already been submitted to the following 3 journals but was rejected one after another.

1. The Clearning House [not a good fit]

2. International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education [not a good fit]

3. Journal of Gender Studies [findings not novel enough]

I need help mainly in the journal identification and submission part, not so much of the editing as I have done most of the changes according to the past reviewers' comments.

The journal for submission must meet the following criteria:

1. Need to be indexed at popular databases such as Proquest, Ebscohost, ERIC etc...

2. Free or very little (less than USD50) article processing charges (APC) and publication fees.

Taylor and Francis provide all the above 3 journals with free APC but I am not successful in my journal submissions.
