I"m looking for someone to design a Web 2.0 Application.
The site will have user-generated content, and users can do various things to the content such as comment, vote, share, friend and so forth. Basically all the features you can do on sites like Digg and Youtube (but w/o the video processing).
I need it done ASAP. I would prefer a Ruby on Rails developer, but I am open to other languages (Python, PHP, etc). As long as its delivered ASAP.
When I say Web 2.0, I mean Web 2.0. It has to Visually look like a Web 2.0 app. So someone with good Graphic Design is required.
Please include a portfolio of your previous apps/sites/etc.
