ServiceNow Multiple API calls from excel

Hi there! My team gets an excel spreadsheet with multiple info, we focus only on one, that we copy and execute an API call via the ServiceNow native REST API Explorer ($[login to view URL]) , hit the send button, search for one particular info "inventory status" and save the reply into excel. We would like to automate this as we get a hundres of values that we need to collect the API answer.

Please design a solution.

Source is excel spresheet collum makred "site_global_location_id" , then there is the API call. Response is json with many rows. We are looking for one unique value "inventory_status":"ACTIVE"

Expected output:

XGsMKKqKiH - API failure

The solution can be executed as ServiceNow app, or Microsoft Power Automate app or anything that can be executed on computer of the agent. This servicenow instance is in isolated network and it cannot be reached from internet. (therefore no web app to execute this automation)

Please recommend design solution first. I need to validate if that is doable within the network and our system before moving to next step.
