For this project, I need an experienced bot developer to build a Telegram bot. The bot's primary aim will be handling specific tasks:
• Answering frequently asked questions related to our service.
• Sending timely notifications or reminders to users.
• Collecting and securely storing user information based on their inputs for more personalized experience.
Another vital aspect of this bot is the ability to understand and respond to natural language. Users should be able to communicate with the bot in a conversation-like manner, making their experience more user-friendly.
As this bot will mostly cater to an O'zbek-speaking audience, a good grasp of the O'zbek language, or previous experience creating O'zbek bots, will be a significant advantage. The ideal freelancer for this project will have prior experience with Telegram bot development, specifically bots capable of natural language processing, and fluency in different languages with an emphasis on O'zbek.
This project aims to provide a seamless experience for our O'zbek-speaking users and answer their queries promptly and effectively. It's an integral part of enhancing our customer service and making our brand accessible to everyone.
