I am looking for a reliable person or persons, who can do
1) chat customer service (answer questions to customers who come on our website chat)
2) email (answer customer emails)
The hours of work will be 9am to 8pm (new york time), monday to saturday
You will log in using our chat software. The software tracks all the time, average response time etc. So we are looking for someone very reliable who can do this long term. You will need to stay online during these times, and answer any incoming chat or email right away.
Basically your job is to reply to any incoming chat (everyday you will have about 30-40 chats) and reply to emails (everyday you have about 30 emails)
This is very easy job but we are looking for someone reliable who can do this long term. The salary offered is $500 per month. Do not bid if you are looking for more higher salary. The salary will be paid at the end of each month.
Our office is based in Bangkok, Thailand. If you are from Bangkok or from Phillipines, you will be given more preference as then you can come to our office for job training.
You need to have:-
1) very good english language skill
2) fast typing speed
3) any prior knowledge of online customer service (chat or email) is preferred
4) any prior knowledge of jewelry is good
You need to be trained in this, and this involves a lot of my time to train you. So I am only looking for a person who can do this long term, as i am only looking for very reliable person
