I have an excel spreadsheet which analayses the profitability of real estate deals. I want to convert this into a standalone .exe application (with its own desktop icon). The only complex excel formula used is 'pmt' and this will need to be duplicated. I am flexible regarding what application you wish to use to develop the application in Attached is a powerpoint file containing the spec for the application. (Original spreadsheet available on request)

I have written programs like this in the past and can do this for you using visual basic. The reason for the number of days so high it communication time to make sure you are pleased and happy with the end result.
