Initto is present in Denmark & India and very soon, we will have direct presence in European Countries, and in Asia Pacific.
We have a state of the art 24 X 7 offshore development centre in Gurgaon, India with a 100% power back up and dedicated Internet connectivity, which is escalated as per the project requirements.
We use licensed software for development and have dedicated servers for individual projects. We own complete suites of licensed development environments including Microsoft Products (including ISA & MS Exchange), branded servers & client machines, and associated paraphernalia.
The software/hardware environment is secured by a firewall and all the possible measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access.
We have an in-house team of network administrators, who ensure consistent network availability and system up time.
The data back up is performed at regular intervals (RAID 5) and system audits are performed to maintain the sanctity & integrity of systems.

**Project Management & Delivery Models**
Initto undertakes outsourced projects on onsite/offshore delivery methodology, where depending upon the project scope & dynamics, a shell team of techno-functional consultants is placed at client site to draw the project specifications, finalize the scope & coordinate the development & implementation with the offshore (India) development team.
We also undertake 100% onsite or 100% offshore projects, where the full software development life cycle is followed at the client site or at our offshore (India) development team.
In case of offshore & onsite/offshore projects, we manage the project management & client coordination through customised MS Project environment, where the clients are provided a unique sign-in area and they can measure the project metrics & progress in real-time and can take reports for project management & invoicing purposes.
The client communication & coordination is managed using multiple modes like Video Conferencing, VoIP, Plain Telephony, E-mail & IM, online project management, etc.
**Development Methodology
**
Initto follows process-oriented development & delivery methodologies, whereby we ensure quality deliverables within budgeted cost & stipulated timelines.
The various steps involved in a full/partial SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) project will be:
* Formulating Project Team, involving deputation of suitable techno-functional consultants from client, for project co-ordination

* Preparation of Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) Document
* Client’ approval of SRS
* High-level Design (HLD)

The scope of the project is finalized during the SRS stage, and any changes in scope of the project after the SRS stage & their commercial implications are discussed with the client and are dealt under the ‘Change Management Process’.
All our deliverables are rigorously tested against elaborately prepared technical and functional test cases and post-implementation support is provided as per the agreed contract.
Initto pre-determines & concurs with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Metrics for Maintenance & Support projects.
