I have a rich experience of 6 years as a QA (with 2 years as Automation Team Lead) for CMMi Level 5 and Fortune 500 companies and presently I am working as a Test Lead where my sole responsibilities are both Automation and Manual Testing. Following are my skills, roles and responsibilities: - Rich Experience (as team member and team lead) in Automation, White-box and Functional Testing. - Have been involved in the full SDLC from requirement specification through release. - Have always worked as a team player closely with developers and project managers. - Solely created Automation Test Frameworks and scripts for some of the biggest projects in our company. - Has done exploratory and adhoc testing for countless clients and projects. - Have conducted training sessions and KT sessions for interns and new joinees about the processes, projects and domains. - Have been involved in Task Estimation and working day & night to meet the deadlines. - Have been involved in writing Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Scenarios and Test Cases, which, in turn, are normally shared to the clients. Hence, have a good experience in documentation. - Have worked to Test and QA Web based applications with end-to-end test scenarios in order to meet the clients requirements. - Have been involved in full bug life cycle where responsibilities include reporting bugs, re-testing, closing or reopening. Have knowledge of several bug reporting tools. - Have done B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering in CS). - Have a total QA experience of more than 5.5 years. - Strong coding skills in Java. Very passionate towards programming and coding. - Have experience of solely developing, maintaining and executing automated test frameworks using Selenium Webdriver and Java. - A wonderful team player where I give first preference to communication and coordination. My motto is that over-communication is always better than under-communication. - Have been involved in more than 5 projects at once. - Have been involved in actively participating scrum calls and I can assure you of my availability in your scrum calls.
