The Influence of Predictor Factors on Entrepreneurship Career Inclination

This research aimed to study the influence of predictor factors on inclination toward entrepreneurship career involving the benefits of entrepreneurship career as a mediator. Hierarchical Regression analysis found that social norms, entrepreneurship skills and role model could influence the entrepreneurship career inclination through mediator the benefits of entrepreneurship career.

The Determinant Factors an Entrepreneurship Inclination among Secondary School Students

This study was to examine the determinant factors an entrepreneurship inclination among secondary school students in Terengganu. The study used a quantitative approach involving the use of a set of questionnaires. This study suggested to the Ministry of Education to open more entrepreneurship clubs in secondary schools so that many students can learn entrepreneurship skills in real situations because its will influence their inclination to involve into entrepreneurship career.
