Design a PCB with 20 x solid state relays. We have 20 x cabinet doors that we need to monitor if they are open or closed. They have a contact that triggers when they are open. When the door is open, a red LED must flash and a buzzer must sound. When the door is closed a green LED must be illuminated. Total of 20 x Red LEDs and 20 x Green LEDs. There needs to be an IDC connector for the LEDS. We will have multiple LED panels in the building to monitor the doors so there needs to be a screw terminal connections to allow slave LED panels to be connected to the master to mimic the master. I am trying to read 4 output values from a quadrant photodiode (S4349) and use them for further digital calculation through SPI connection. Currently, I made the schematic shown in the picture below with operational steps as follows: -Light is detected by the active area of the 4 cells of the photodiode -Signal from each cell is amplified separately using a trans-Impedance amplifier (OPA381) -The analog output signal from each amplifier is the input of a channel of the ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter MCP3912A1-E/SS) -Finally, the digital data will be further forwarded through the SPI interface from the ADC to the SPI Master device (All the components can be changed except the photodiode model)

We have recently had a PCB designed to operate with BQ34Z100PW-G1 for gauge and BQ24170RGYR as our battery charging circuit controller. The circuit does not seem to be functioning with the code we currently have. We have tried a couple different solutions but realize we are in need of someone who is familiar with both parts, hardware and software designs. We need to make a gerber file for our pcb setup. it will be to contact 16 spring contacts and a set of two square eights pin contacts. :) The last two photos is of the original pcb we are trying to replicate. the problem with this one is that it only has eight spring contacts and only holds a sample that is 25x25mm we need it to have 16 contacts instead of eight and it being able to measure 8 points of a 100x40mm sample. the distance between the spring contacts should be 1cm center to center side ways.
