I need help with my phplist program. It does not send all messages. I have to keep hitting the que. It also is not processing bounces. And I can not find a way to load both, an html message and a text message. I actually have two installations with the same configuration and same problems.

Ok, here is what I need: I need to have a database setup that can store forms that have been filled out on my site. The catch is, that I want the filled out form to arrive in my email, where i can review it, and either submit it to the database, or delete it....where i can review it, and either submit it to the database, or delete it. I figured maybe this would require 2 databases, one to store the form after it is filled out, and one to store it once I have approved it. Any other ideas on how this could work would really help me in choosing a provider. I'd like to use some opensource setup if possible, I thought maybe Advanced Poll, phpESP,phpList or PHPSurveyor might be able to be modified to do what I need. Let me know what you think about it. my phplist is having a problem (1) when trying to view bounces or process bounces there is a database error and it fails, I would like this fixed (2) I need to know that all the bounces are going to this system and no where else FYI: I have a list of 180,000, so it has been modified to: * Run the process queue every 30 mins with a cron (3) please check if this is working * Send in blocks of 500 (4) please check if this is working Please tell me if you can do 1,2,3 and 4 today. My PHPList, when sending 170,000, only sends 2,000 (approximately) at a time and then it stops and I have to hit the "process queue" again to start the other emails. I need some sort of job that runs in the background and continues to restart the queue (or whatever is necessary) to make all the emails go without me doing anything.
URGENT ! Need to have fixed ASAP. We are using PHPList and have installed it properly. PROBLEM: Currently we have two lists. We can send an email to list one (about 5,000 emails) and it works but we cannot send an email to list two (about 170,000) for some reason. We do the same things, click the box to choose list two instead of list one but it always wants to send to list one whether we pick box one or box two. ALSO: Since list two is so large we will need a cron job to run the queue program to send to the larger list. Im sure this is definitely an easy job out there. I am currently using PHPlist available at I have approximately 20,000 email addresses that I need to mail every week. Problem: Lunarpages lets me only send approximately 400 emails per hour. PHP list has a batch processing module installed but I can't get it to work and I know nothing about cron jobs. An easy task for someone to get up and running for me please.
I recently have installed PHPlist and CuteNews on my Soccer related site and I don't seems to be able to make them to do what I want. I need to be able to have poeple to click on subscription link (which I already have) on my site and select from frequency of the news and country of their choice, then when we enter news into CuteNews for each country, it will automatically be available for those whom chose to receive news from those countries via email (through RSS feed). No matter what I do, the bounces are returned to the 'email address'. I looked on online forums and could not find a solution. I have installed PHPList and there are a few glitches. The database works fine and I have created several lists. My problem is that the confirmation signup email is not being sent. I have changed the setting to turn off test mode so that is not it. I think I have either missed a step or misconfigured the ability to send out mail from PHPList. I am also getting the following error when I try to retrieve bounces from the server "Error: IMAP is not included in your PHP installation, cannot continue". I would like to include a radio button or checkbox during PHPBB registration that will add the user's email address to our newsletter list. We are currently using a Perl program called SubscribeMe Pro Enterprise for our newsletter. It doesn't use a MySQL DB so I think it will not work. So, I can install PHPList which does use a MySQL DB or some other software if it will make this work better.
