AFIB detection based on ECG signals using Convolutional neural network model

I would like to make AFIB daisies detection using convolutional neural networks in python

the input is either a .mat file or csv file, the system will detect if its AFIB, Normal, Other disese, or noisy signal.

I need to convert .mat to csv or h5 files code. also, an interface to upload either csv or .mat files to predict the signal

the system should be implemented in neural networks.

the accuracy should be more than 77%
