Offensive word list for Slovenian language

This is a project to deliver a short list of offensive words in the Slovenian language. Offensive words are those which perhaps should NOT be suggested by a spelling correction program. They will make people feel unpleasantly surprised and very uncomfortable if they pop up unexpectedly on the screen. Most people think "offensive" means "sexual". However, words could also be offensive for political, racist, or other reasons. The deliverables should be divided in three parts, as follows: A) top ten most offensive words B) top 11-30 offensive words (the rest of the top 30) C) remainder (maximum 70 items) Part A is 10 words; B is 20 words, and C is up to 70 words, for a maximum of 100 words. Only the root forms of words should go in parts A & B. Inflected forms should go in Part C, or be left out. The work will proceed in four steps: 1) You provide your initial list of parts A, B, and C above. 2) We provide you our list of English offensive words. 3) You read our English list to remind you of types of words and topics that you may have missed. 4) You add any more offensive words that you might be reminded of by step 3 to your final list, and deliver that final list to us. For step 3 and 4, note that we are NOT asking you to translate the English list, but just to use it for ideas. There is an easy rating system for this job. After step 4, we will have the word list rated by native speakers or translation houses. They will give us feedback on the quality of parts A, B, and C of the list. We will start with a quality score of 100 (average one point per word), and will deduct points for quality problems. More points are deducted for problems with the first ten words. A final score of 60 or higher will be accepted with a coder's rating of 8. A final score of 70 or higher will get an 9 rating. A final score of 80 or higher will get a 10 rating. Points will be deducted as follows. "-7" means "minus 7", i.e., seven points will be deducted: -7 per word not in top 30 that should be in top 10 -7 per word in top 10 that should not be in the entire list -2 per word in top 10 that should not be in top 30 -1 per word not in the entire list that should be in the top 30 -1 per word in top 30 that should not be in the list. -0.5 per word in the entire list that should not be in the entire list. This scoring system is not strict at all. It should be easy to deliver a result that scores above 80.
## Deliverables
1) Work as described above.
2) Deliverables must be plain text (NOT Microsoft Word, etc.) and must be stored in ISO-8859-1 encoding.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
