Php master needed - code revision, approx 4-6hrs work

We have a CRM app for the mortgage industry that has a spec error / miscommunication that needs correcting. It is a difficult task for a very experienced php programmer - do NOT bid unless you're either Zend certified OR experienced enough to know what that means and could pass that test. In short, no php rookies here...if the project goes well, I have tons of work (even full time). Task is to revise "Who is required" in sendfax.php. Currently the application is requiring people/agents who should not be required - for example, when someone refinances a house, there are no realtors involved. They just get a new home loan to pay off the old home loan, there's no sale. The logic needs adjustment according to the enclosed word doc. 100% of the logic requiring "who is required" is found within this doc. I'll certainly give you access to see the greater app / test /etc. but any request to modify other parts of the app will result in canceling this RAC task, because it's not required. I'll add the "none" for status to [login to view URL] per the bottom part. Currently parties get an email, or fax, or phone call-request-email; I need to add "none" and "sms" to these. None does nothing whatsoever (but logs that no communication was sent to that agent); sms sends a very short email based on .txt file in a folder (just like the borrower_email/ folder / functions). This isn't actually that difficult but is complicated to read someone else's code and understand how it all fits together. My usual guy is unavailable due to another emergency project - so it's a great time to find some awesome php guy to send work to. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
