We’re Foodee, a team of food experts who believe the quality of food matters. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and deliver them to your office.
We’re looking for a CONCIERGE REPRESENTATIVE, who is extremely motivated to develop our customer engagement across all city markets. This is a high growth opportunity for the right person looking to utilize their skills and become an integral part of building and growing a new brand. KEY DUTIES:
- First line of response to all customer and restaurant partner inquiries; from restaurant recommendations to billing issues, service questions and general concerns
- Proactively contacting customers and restaurant partners to provide order updates and a high-touch service
- Building and developing positive relationships with current and potential customers
- Problem solving and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery

- Quick thinker, fast learner and problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- An entrepreneurial mindset is a must
- An ability to get things done and done well
- High tolerance for fast-paced, rapid change
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience in Call Centre - Phone, Chat and Email Support
- Flexible availability is a must
