Scrape Chinese websites

I am looking for someone to provide code to scrape multiple pages (about a single company) from the following two websites.
-Dianping (here is an example: [login to view URL])
-WeChat's official company annoucements (similar to user's twitter feed)
I am looking for the following information to be collated into a dataframe:
- Date
- Review rating
- Author comment
- Any secondary rating data (e.g. environment, etc) - if applicable
- Number of user likes
- Number of user comments (no need to see the text)
For WeChat's official company announcement site, I am looking for the following information
- Date
- Text of the message
- Number of likes
- Number of comments
- Number of shares / stars (if available)
I would like the code in Jupyter notebook, and for each website to have two dataframes - one for comments in Chinese, and the other for comments translated into English.
