Small WebGIS app

I need someone to design one-page web app, working with gis entities (points, lines, polygons).

Applicaton should be able to search objects near polygons, lines and points on the map.

All data entry should be done by exporting from given xml, no manual data entering.

Those data should be shown on google maps page.

There is a lot of data, so application should be able to make search fast.

If you are not an expert in GIS, Web & Databases please do not bid.
