Staff Schedule

We are trying to integrate two spread sheets, one with our scheduled events and staff members who are going and the other with every day of the year with blocked out dates to see who is traveling when. We are having trouble integrating the two.
We need to be able to change the Super XLS sheet and have it make changes in the Visual Schedule. We will also make changes throughout the season and know how to do that.
