I'm Nadia, I am a self-motivated, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I have experience in filling documents, collecting databases, performing routine office activities, and customer services. My aim is to work for an organization that provides me with the opportunity to improve my skills and knowledge.
I have a degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Kedah, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Islamic Banking. Here, I believe that I have all the qualities needed to be a successful employee in a company and lend a hand towards improving the expansion of the company that I will work with. I have natural interpersonal and communication skills which are essential in working life.
Moreover, I have an ability in multitasking since my experience before which is during my study where I need to commit to my part-time career as a takaful advisor, and at the same time, I am able to manage my degree well (First class with Honours).
Furthermore, I like to re-apply the skills and knowledge I have learned before in new places so that my presence brings some benefit to the organization. For instance, the financial management skills that I have been trained in during my previous experience as a Takaful advisor and also calculating and updating statements of claims form during my experience was placed in the financial unit of Hospital Kepala Batas.
In addition, I have customer service skills which I have trained and learned before when I work at KWSP. I was placed in the services department where I have responsible to handle customer issues and phone calls, their matters related to withdrawal, nomination, and registration. I was falling in love and have a passion when it comes to serve customers because I will give them the best services and deliver the best customer experience.
