I need an updater thats in the form of a nodejs package that i can interface with in an electron application that will scan the users files within a directory(the user will select this directory) and compare the local files vs the remote files, which will be grabbed in XML from a CDN. If the CDNs files are different(updated), then the package need to auto download them and replace the local files. Think of this similar to an origin launcher or something. Note that this will need to be scaleable so that i can add more directories to search as the project expands. As of right now i only need to scan one directory, but later i will likely need to scan 10 or more. Needs to be efficient and easy to interface with from the electron application.
